Email support

Email cafebullis@outlook.com from your registered address. Use a subject such as “Account support,” “Order issue,” “Privacy request,” or “Security report.” We will acknowledge and investigate requests as soon as reasonably possible.

What to include

• Your name and registered email.
• The canteen, order reference, date, and approximate time when relevant.
• A clear description of the problem or privacy request.

Never email your password, OTP, session token, complete QR token, or any other secret. Cafe Bullis support does not need them.

Urgent security reports

If you believe an account or wallet has been misused, sign out, change the password through the recovery flow, and email us with “Urgent security report” in the subject. Your sponsoring organisation may also have an internal security or HR contact.

Escalation

If a response does not resolve your concern, reply to the same email thread and ask for grievance review. Privacy rights remain subject to applicable law and valid record-retention requirements.
