Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Cafe Bullis employee canteen points wallet. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts
You may use the service only if you are authorised by a participating organisation and your account is approved. Keep credentials private, provide accurate account information, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. Accounts and points may not be transferred.
Nature of points
Points are a closed-loop employee benefit for participating canteens. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn for cash, and have no value outside the programme. Grants can expire according to the active policy. The server ledger, including valid grants and completed transactions, is authoritative.
Payments and orders
You must review the canteen, item or point amount, and balance before confirming. Confirmed payments and paid menu orders deduct points immediately. Menu availability and pricing shown at checkout are validated by the server. The separate Ordering and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not share QR secrets or credentials, attempt duplicate payments, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, manipulate balances, or use another person’s account. We or the sponsoring organisation may restrict or suspend access to protect users, resolve misuse, or administer the programme.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service accurate and available but maintenance, connectivity, canteen operations, or third-party providers may cause interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Cafe Bullis is not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made by a participating organisation outside this service.
Participating organisations
Each organisation should have a separate written service and data agreement covering programme instructions, authorised administrators, security responsibilities, retention, support, and exit handling. These public terms do not replace that agreement.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms and will publish a revised effective date. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory rights and the separate agreement with your sponsoring organisation. Questions can be sent tocafebullis@outlook.com.
